Everyone is invited to participate in these fun days of golfing to benefit:

Registration on golf days begins at 8:00 a.m.

  Best ball tourney with  “shot gun” tee off at 8:30 a.m.

Pre-registration is requested. The cost to participate is $25 per event, any three for $65, or all four for $85.

 Fee includes green fees, cart, refreshments, and prizes.

Four-person teams.  You may form your own team or be placed on a team the day of the event.  

Register by sending in your payment along with a registration form available at the four courses or by calling the Hospice Office at 537-9247.

THANK YOU to the golf courses for waiving their green fees and cart rental for the morning and to many area businesses for donating door prizes.
