WMMC Home Care Home health services at Boulder Estates are offered by Weiner Memorial Medical Center (WMMC) HomeCare, a Medicare certified, nationally accredited home care agency.  WMMC HomeCare is located at 800 East Main Street, Marshall, MN. The mission of WMMC HomeCare is to continually strive for excellence in providing health care to those being served.  The highly trained staff is available to provide Tenants at Boulder Estates with assistance in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and emergency response 24-hours per day as well as skilled nursing and physical and occupational therapy. Home health aides provide a wide range of services, including assistance with bathing and grooming, exercise, laundry, medication reminders and several other services.  These services are generally purchased in 15 minute increments at an affordable cost. Registered Nurses are available 24-hours per day and are on site each week.  WMMC HomeCare's professional staff are available to provide individualized care including medication management, skilled nursing assessments, supervision and oversight of each client's plan of care and coordination of health care services with physicians, pharmacists or therapists.
